Summit Audio Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns policy in place that is compliant with Australian consumer protection laws. Customers may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  1. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Document

Before returning any item, customers must contact Summit Audio at [email protected] to request an RMA document. This document will provide specific instructions on returning the item and ensure we can handle the return appropriately. Returns without a completed RMA document will not be accepted.

  1. Return Condition

Items must be returned in original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any item damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a partial refund at Summit Audio's discretion.

  1. Secure Packaging

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to ensure it is not damaged during transit. Summit Audio is not responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process.

  1. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on Summit Audio's part. In such cases, Summit Audio will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  1. Exchanges

If a product is defective or damaged, customers may request an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges will be subject to product availability, and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Exceptions
